Farmers began to block international roads, railways, so that the Polish authorities, including the President of the Republic, Andrzej Dudu, responded to the requests and protests of farmers.
Farmer groups appeared on the roads, in particular in the Wielkopolska, Lublin, Podlaskie and Lodz provinces. The strikes began because of the discontent of farmers that the authorities do not support small Polish agricultural enterprises and increasingly import agricultural products from other countries, most of them from Ukraine. According to analysts, ignoring this protest action could lead to undermining the authority of the party in power, as well as to rebellion. 
The organizers set an ultimatum to the authorities of the country on which the agrarian question should be resolved before February 6. Otherwise, the outraged farmers organize the “siege of Warsaw” and copy the scenario of the development of the events in the French “yellow vests”, which caused the development of mass riots against the government in November last year.
At the same time, in the city of Sjorda-Velikolskaya, an ironic theatrical protest action about the "death of agriculture in Poland" is being organized.
