It is reported by the Rosselkhoznadzor during the pre-shipment monitoring. A batch of citrus varieties Satsuma weighing 22 tons was disposed of and not allowed for transportation because it contained a quarantine organism - a Mediterranean fruit fly. 
Also, the monitoring service did not allow the oranges of the Washington Novel packaging station "Dash" to be used. The volume of recycled oranges is 48 tons.
Recall that a week ago, in Ukraine, similar incidents occurred during a phytosanitary inspection at the Zapadny customs post in the Lviv region. In the same place, avocados that were exported from Poland for the Ukrainian market turned out to be infected.
