Ingredients

- sugar - 350 grams;
- water - 350 ml.
Important! Do not confuse "Limoncello" with lemon vodka.
Step-by-step recipe
The recipe for making Limoncello liqueur at home is quite simple:
- First, wash and peel the lemons.
- Place the resulting zest in a jar and fill with vodka.
- Insist drink 5-7 days in a dark and cool place, occasionally shaking the contents of the jar.
- After a week, add the cooled sugar syrup to the filtered tincture.
- Ready liqueur put another 5 days in the fridge.
