Ukrainian agricultural producers should pay more attention to the markets of the Gulf countries, namely Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Today they are among the most interesting markets in the world. Olga Trofimtseva told in detail about the promising niches in these markets for the Ukrainian producer and the possibility of entering the markets of this region in her blog.
"According to analytical studies of marketing organizations, the Gulf countries are among the most promising markets in the world. The population in these countries will reach 57.6 million in 2019. A significant middle class and a growing flow of tourists are additional factors that shape the high demand for quality products, including I’m sure that quality Ukrainian products will be in demand and will find their consumers, "said the Deputy Minister in her blog. According to her, the most promising products for export to the markets of the Persian Gulf countries will be white meat, products with a "Halal" certificate, organic products, including dairy products, berries, etc.
Olga Trofimtseva recalled that at the end of this week, she, together with the Ukrainian delegation, which will include more than 30 Ukrainian food producers, will fly to the UAE at the Gulfood 2017 exhibition. "I emphasize that great exhibitions are international, as well as such events, or Meetings are an excellent platform for finding potential partners and establishing first contacts.
