The State Scientific Research Institute of Laboratory Diagnostics and Veterinary-Sanitary Expertise of Kiev investigated selected biomaterial samples of a dead wild boar taken at the captive farm of Rybnoye, state of emergency, "Black Forest" in the Tysmenitsky district of the Ivano-Frankivsk region. the public of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration, in the course of the study the expert opinion was established: "African swine fever".
In order to coordinate measures to localize and eliminate the outbreak of the disease, employees of the State Agency of the region and the region conducted an epizootic investigation and immediately took all necessary measures to prevent the spread of African swine fever beyond the epizootic focus.
